Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

For each order, I offer a one time replacement for a broken item or misprint.
Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Flying K is NOT responsible for wrongly delivered or lost packages by USPS. I will not issue a refund or replacement for this instance or if the customer input their address incorrectly. In this situation, I would recommend talking to your local post office and seeing what might have happened.
If something is wrong with your order or it didn't meet your expectations, I will be more than happy to talk to you about it!
If you would like to return your item and receive a new one, the new item you are requesting must be of the same price or less than the previous one ordered. For instance, if you order a ring that is $16 and want to return it, the new item I will be sending you must be $16 or less. Personalized custom items can not be returned. Customers pay shipping on returns.
Cancellations on orders are not accepted and once an order is complete, it can not be cancelled. If an order needs to be edited or changed, we can definitely get it fixed!
